Refund Policy
At Jo Moriarty Coaching, we aim to provide high-quality, results-focused coaching programmes. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.
1. Cancellations Before the First Session

Cancellations made 5 days or more before your first scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 5 days before your first session are non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise at Jo Moriarty’s discretion.
2. After the Programme Has Started

Once your coaching programme has commenced, refunds are not available for completed sessions.

Sessions missed without proper notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions rescheduled with less notice may be forfeited.
4. No Guarantees

Coaching is results-oriented, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued due to a client’s perception of results.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact jo@jomoriarty.co.uk . Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once approved.
