Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions – Jo Moriarty Coaching 1. Services Jo Moriarty provides coaching services focused on personal development, dating, and relationships. Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support clients in achieving their goals. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or legal/financial advice. 2. Payments All payments must be made in full prior to the start of the programme unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the first scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed at Jo Moriarty’s discretion. Once a programme has commenced, no refunds will be issued for sessions already completed. 4. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule a session, at least 48 hours’ notice must be given. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited. 5. Results Disclaimer This programme is results-oriented, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your progress will depend on your commitment, openness, and active participation. Jo Moriarty is not responsible for whether you achieve specific results. 6. Confidentiality All personal information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law. 7. Limitation of Liability Jo Moriarty is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or consequences resulting from the use of coaching services. You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.
